Shipping and Returns Policy
ALL domestic orders qualify for free shipping within the 50 states including Puerto Rico and the U.S Virgin Islands. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail which guarantees delivery between 3-6 business days unless 2 or more products are purchased which would qualify for a free upgrade into USPS Priority Mail which guarantees delivery between 2-4 business days. All orders are shipped in a sealed private envelope for your privacy and convenience.

International shipping is only available for Canada and Mexico. The rate would be the one that USPS or UPS is processing at the moment for First Class International Mail which would be from 10-26 business days delivery. Custom charges will be covered by us.
ALL our Orlena vibrators come with a 1 year warranty for manufacturer defectiveness. Please contact us at CustomerSupport@Orlena.co for warranty support.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Adult products must either be defective or unopened to qualify for a return due to the nature of this item. If the customer does not like the product, this does not qualify them for a return nor refund. The customer acknowledges this policy before and after purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds are only allowed in products that are not adult toys (lubricants). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-6 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your credit card.
